Back Orders

Food for thought. There has yet to be a company that I have ever dealt with that didn't have back orders on product at some point. One has no true control over supply and demand. It is like a game. Once you think you have it mastered the rules change. I know this for I was a buyer for 5 years and the economy and trends play a big role in supply and demand.

With Scentsy growing at the phenomenal rate that it is, one should expect back orders. Instead of being upset with the company why not be proud to be a representative of such a successful company? I know that I sure am!

Be upfront with your customers. If they are kept in the loop about the back orders this keeps them happy. It is when we lack in customer service that our customers become upset.


Remember, every dark cloud has a silver lining! You just have to look for it!!
